The residential complex offers 1-3 bedroom apartments ranging from 74 sq. m to 325 sq. m and penthouses ranging from 371 sq. m to 1393 sq. m. The penthouses have two layouts: units with a separate entrance located on the ground floor and presidential suites with a garden located on the roof of the complex.

The starting price for a property at Serenia starts from AED 4 million ($1,485,000). The payment plan is as follows: 10% of the price is due upon booking, 40% during construction and the remaining 50% can be paid upon completion of the development.
